Before we embark on your dog's grooming journey, we kindly ask you to review and sign a Client Agreement and Release of Liability. This document ensures a smooth and safe experience for both you and your furry friend.

• Vaccination requirements: To protect all our canine guests, we list the mandatory vaccinations necessary for grooming, ensuring everyone's health and safety.
• Cancellation policies: We clarify our cancellation policy to avoid confusion and ensure fair scheduling for all our clients.

Understanding Responsibility and Building Trust:

At Hero Hounds Dog Grooming, your pet's safety and well-being are our top priorities. While we take every precaution to ensure a positive experience, it's important to acknowledge potential scenarios and responsibilities:

Release of Liability:

By signing this agreement, you understand and agree to release Hero Hounds Dog Grooming and its agents from any and all liability, financial or otherwise, for:

• Injuries: This includes potential injuries to yourself, your pet, or any property belonging to you, arising from our services or your association with our business. This also covers any veterinary bills that may be incurred.

Assumption of Responsibility:

As the pet owner, you assume full responsibility for:

• Your pet's behavior and health: We trust you to disclose any existing health conditions or aggressive tendencies your pet may have.
• Waiving claims: You agree to waive any claims against Hero Hounds Dog Grooming related to your pet's care, control, health, or safety during our services.

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet for any reason, including:

• Aggressive behavior: If your pet shows aggression towards humans or animals, we prioritize everyone's safety and may decline service.
• Legal ownership: You must be the legal owner of the pet at the time of the appointment.

Vaccination Requirements:

For the well-being of all our furry guests, we require:

• Up-to-date rabies, parvo/distemper, and bordetella vaccinations.
• Confirmation that your pet hasn't been exposed to these viruses within the past 30 days.

Cancellation Policy:

To maintain fairness in scheduling, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 fee. After two such instances, prepayment will be required for future appointments with no refunds for further cancellation violations.
