If you haven't already confirmed a time, please indicate your availability. Please note, mostly our teachers are only able to offer private lessons on weekedays during the day, as the studios are in use weekdays between 6-9pm and most of Saturday.

I understand and agree to the following dot points

I understand that:

the cost for a private lesson is $60 for half an hour or $100 for a full hour
payment will be deducted from my nominated payment method (card or bank account) on your Zen Planner account at the time of booking the session
my booking is not confirmed until I have received a confirmation from the support team and you have paid for your session
payment for my private session is not refundable, but can be transferred to another private session booking
I am able to reschedule the private session if I provide at least 48 hours notice
If the teacher is unable to teach the private session (eg due to illness) and a replacement cannot be found, you may receive a credit for another private session or a refund
If I arrive early for my private session, I will wait in the waiting area and not engage in conversation with the teacher until they advise me they are ready to chat or the session time commences.
