A CCR is a request for replacement parts under the three month warranty. If you want to purchase a replacement part, please fill out the form, indicate that it’s a purchase (we verify warranty status for all requests), and we’ll send you an invoice with pricing.

IMPORTANT: Please upload at least ONE picture of the inside of the control panel by removing the 4 screws from the lid of the black box underneath the cart. Without this picture, we will NOT have sufficient information to assist with your claim.

Before filing a CCR, please check BOTH fuses. There is ONE (40 AMP) fuse beside EACH battery adapter. These are standard automotive fuses available at any auto parts store.
