If you are interested in adopting a guinea pig please fill out and submit this application form for review. This is the first step in the process. Additional verification, documentation, and/or other forms may be required if deemed necessary by Juniper's Guinea Pig Rescue. Thank you for submitting an application.

I agree to pay the $25.00 adoption fee upon pickup of my new furry friend.

All fees go directly to the guinea pigs at our rescue. They help immensely with piggies food, medical bills, housing, supplies and more. Payments must be made via our website, venmo, paypal, or cash.
