Please make the payment at least 2 days before the first class to confirm the slot. Please email us the payment proof (e.g., screenshot) via email. 1. Fees paid are non-transferable. 2. In case your child misses a class, you will not be charged. 3. We will send you reminders when the next payment is due. 4. We maintain our promise that if you want to withdraw your girl(s) at any time from these classes, we will refund the balance.

STUDENT WORK

1. The Lavender Spaceship Project owns the copyrights to our students’ work and projects completed throughout the duration of the program. 2. The Lavender Spaceship Project has the right to reproduce or publish our students’ works for advertising or other purposes.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

1. We request that parents let us know of changes in plans to attend the class at least TWO days in advance (unless there is a family emergency or your child is unwell). We will assume your girl(s) are attending the class and we will go ahead with the planning. We want to make sure that our instructors have enough time to plan for the lessons and manage their schedules. 2. Fees will be deducted for the entire class duration in case of a no-show after missing more than 2 classes without prior notice. 3. Make-up classes may be offered depending on our capacity to handle these requests.

I give my consent for my child’s name, voice, photograph, image or likeness to be used by The Lavender Spaceship Project for the sole purpose of marketing of The Lavender Spaceship Project.
