I am aware of the nature of this activity and I hereby assume responsibility for myself, the participant named above and below.

To participate and to be photographed & videoed for publicity purposes. I am aware that Australian Axe Throwing League Pty Ltd & 13 Axes Axe Throwing Australia Pty Ltd may use these photos and videos on their social media platforms and website for the purposes of marketing.

I agree to abide by all the rules included in the Official Waiver of Liability signed upon entry to the venue and understand that this form must be signed and returned to AATL Pty Ltd / 13 Axes Pty Ltd prior to my participation in any axe throwing activities.

I agree and understand that the total cost of the AATL Marathon League is $225, which includes Lunch & a Drink on the day of the event. It also includes an AATL Competitors Marathon League 2.0 Shirt.

I agree that until payment of the total amount has been received, my registration remains pending, and is not confirmed or promised until payment in full is received.

Payment of registration fees is due at the time of registration.

• Australian Axe Throwing League Pty Ltd & 13 Axes Axe Throwing Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any and all tournaments, marathons, competitions, and general sessions without discussion.
• All participants must agree and complete the Waiver of Liability to enter the venue and must always abide by the venue’s Rules of Play and Terms & Conditions of Entry.
