Tour Reservation Process

  1. Complete Request Form: Upon recieving a request for a tour, our team will promptly reivew it. 
  2. Docent Assignment: We take pride in our dedicated team of volunteer docents who graciously offer thier time and expertise to lead tours. Once we receive your request, we will match a knowledgable docent to your preferred date and time. 
  3. Confirmation: After assigning a docent to your tour, we will confirm your reservation and provide you with all necessary details for your visit. 

Group Size

While our group tours are capped at 25 people to ensure an intimate and immersive experience, we are able to accomodate larger groups by dividing them and staggering their entrance to the home.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Tours are subject to availability. 
  2. A confirmation email will be sent upon approval of the tour request. 
  3. Any changes or cancellations to the tour must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. 
  4. The complete tour of Highland Farm includes two flights of stairs, which may present difficulty for guests with mobility impairments. 
  5. Please exercie caution when traversing the property where you may encounter uneven ground. 
  6. We kindly request that all visitors complete a waiver prior to their visit. This waiver is designed to ensure that guests are aware of the potential challenges posed by the property's layout and agree to visit at their own discretion.
