To facilitate your transfer process smoothly, we kindly request that you complete this form for EVERY Transfer Request. Please do not send any links, as we are unable to access them. This is an internal policy we follow for all transfers received - your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

FFL Transfers are priced at $50 each, while Person-to-Person Transfers are $75. For multiple items, each additional transfer after the first one from the same shipment will be charged $25. We accept Cash, Check or Credit Cards.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after the firearms are delivered for us to process them into our system. We will contact you by phone when the firearm is ready for pickup. If you are unavailable, we will leave a voicemail. Kindly collect your firearm within 30 days of our call.

Person-to-Person transfers are conducted in-house.

Private sellers must include a valid, legible state-issued photo ID with their shipment(s). No exceptions.

In order to purchase a firearm from A&M Arms, the following requirements must be met:

- No Warranties on any products. Warranties on New Inventory will need to be completed through the manufacturer.

- All Sales are Final. As Is. All Sales will receive an invoice for every purchase.

- You must be over the age of 21 to purchase a firearm in Colorado.

- You must be able to pass a background check to purchase a firearm.

- You must have a valid Colorado driver's license in order to purchase.

- If you have an out-of-state driver’s license, A&M Arms will be unable to sell you a firearm per the state of Colorado.

- You must provide proof of address to verify that you are a Colorado resident.

- If you are in the military, special documentation may be required to verify your station location for proof of address.

- If you’re shipping a firearm. A&M Arms is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

- If you purchase a firearm from A&M Arms or have product sent to us for transfer & fail to arrive at your scheduled date & time of pickup without notifying A&M Arms, your purchase may be refuted.

Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in the inability to complete a firearm purchase at A&M Arms.
