Items on our menus listed as 'prepared on-site only' cannot be prepared off site and brought in, and will require kitchen facilities on-site. If you do not have adequate facilities on-site we cannot provide you with a quote for these items, you will have to contact us directly for a specialized quote for mobile kitchen facilities to be set up on-site. We are not able to provide itemized quotes with less than 4 weeks of lead-time; if you require catering sooner than that, please get in touch directly; rush rates may apply.

Drop off is not a valid selection in combination with any special packages, dinnreware rentals or items listed in our menus as 'prepared on-site only.' If you chose an invalid combination we will not be able to provide a quote for you.

If there are extra slots you do not require, please just put 'N/A' in uneeded slots. Service packages include 2 entrees, a third can be added for an upcharge depending on the package selected.

Any items listed as 'prepared on site only' will require suitable kitchen facilities at the location of the event. For more than 25 guests; a home kitchen is not suitable facilities. Additonally, certain items may have special equipment requirements, which may incur costs if the equipment is not allready present on-site.

If you do not have such facilities on-site, please do not submit a quote request for those items; we will not be able to quote you.
