By completing and signing this application form, you agree:

1. To pay for the advertising in full when the invoice is sent to you.

2. You also agree that the information you have provided is correct.

3. You acknowledge that you always demonstrate respect and honesty with your clients and staff as a business.

4. Accept that Break Free Consultancy reserves the right to withdraw your advertising at any time. If we find out that your business does not match our ethical standards, NO refund will be provided.

5. You acknowledge that the information you provide regarding your business is accurate and correct, and you operate your business in compliance with industry legislation and standards

6. Acknowledge that Break Free Consultancy does not guarantee increased sales or enquiries for your business; however, we will do our best to spread the magazine and radio show to as many people as possible.

7. Accept all responsibility for your services and ensure you adhere to the legislation, standards, and Code of Conduct applicable to your business.

8. Acknowledge and agree to update Break Free Consultancy with any changes in your business relevant to your advertising as soon as possible to ensure that the information in the magazine remains current.

Your application will NOT proceed without your signature.
