Health Guarantee

★ If within one year the puppy is found to have an inherited genetic defect that will prevent it from being a companion pet, veterinary documentation must be sent to the seller within 7 days of diagnosis. Supreme Doodles of Texas/Justin Lopez has a right to a second opinion. Supreme Doodles of Texas/Justin Lopez will provide buyer with a full refund of purchase price or a replacement of equal price, if one is available, at the choice of the buyer. Failure to provide papers and vet documentation will result in loss of guarantee. ★ The Supreme Doodles of Texas/Justin Lopez assumes no responsibility for veterinary expenses, mortality, landlord disapproval, allergy, disagreement of family members or any other responsibility after the puppy leaves Supreme Doodles of Texas/Justin Lopez premises. ★ This guarantee does not include the presence of worms, which may be found in any healthy puppy, and furthermore, it is understood that the Supreme Doodles of Texas/Justin Lopez does not guarantee against the following puppyhood ailments: eye or ear infections, dry skin, hypoglycemia, giardia, coccidia, ear mites, stress, or diarrhea. ★ If you expose the puppy to outside environments that can make the puppy sick before 16 weeks of age – i.e. taking him/her to a park, exposure to other animals, pet store, this guarantee is void. Under no circumstances is the seller responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred with the puppy after the time of sale. ★ The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and current on vaccinations/de-wormer for age by a licensed Veterinarian.

Buyer Agrees to the Following

★ Puppy must be examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 5 business days or the Supreme Doodles of Texas/Justin Lopez health guarantee will be voided. ★ Take caution as to where you take puppy until the entire series of puppy shots have been given (usually between 16 to 17 weeks). Avoid Pet Stores, dog parks, rest areas, ect. ★ Give all immunizations as recommended by his/her licensed Veterinarian. All vaccinations must be received by 6 months of age including rabies. ★ Keep on Heartworm Prevention as recommended by his/her Veterinarian. ★ Puppy must be spayed/neutered at purchaser’s expense no later than 8 months or to the Veterinarian’s recommendation A copy of the receipt must be sent to the Supreme Doodles of Texas/Justin Lopez within 10 business days of the date of the spay/neuter. ★ The puppy should never be taken to a shelter/rescue. Supreme Doodles of Texas/Justin Lopez understands that, at times, circumstances may arise where an owner cannot keep his/her dog. If this occurs, the buyer agrees to return the puppy to Supreme Doodles of Texas/Justin Lopez with no refund.
