This cut sheet can be used for a whole pig, or a half.
Pigs can not age more than 10 days and it is very important that we have your submitted cut sheet before or shortly after slaughter to make sure you get what you want. We will standard cut them if we dont have cutting instructions and have not been able to get ahold of you.
We do not do the curing of hams and bacons in our facility-Kinkin Processing in Montrose does that for us. We facilitate getting that product to them and back here for you to pick up.
We process one animal at a time and do not mix meat when grinding sausage-You get only what is on the pig you bring. All sausage is mixed per order and your choices of seasoning is listed below. All sausage is packaged in 1 lb packages.
We are only able to offer storage of your fininshed product for 5 days and we do charge storage fees of $10/day per box in your order unless you have made prior arrangements with us.
