2. Health Status: I confirm that I am in good health and able to participate in yoga sessions. I agree to inform the instructor of any physical limitations or medical conditions before each session.
3. Release of Liability: I release Flow With Tiff and its instructors from any liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of my participation in yoga sessions.
4. Photography and Video: I consent to the use of photographs, videos, or other recordings taken during sessions for promotional purposes by Flow With Tiff.
