Wild Game Processing Order

Please fill out this form entirely, with all information we need to know.  There is a comment box at the end for adding any additional information we might need.  Please make sure all animals dropped off have a valid carcass tag attached to the carcass.  If you are giving your animal to someone else you are responsible for following all applicaple CPW rules and regualtions.  Turnaround times vary widely during the season and all depend on how busy we are.  If we do not have cutting instructions when your animals comes out to cut you will get a standard cut. 

We do our absolute best to process exaclty to your cut order-please understand there are a lot of variables we can not  control.  Shot placement, cleanliness in the field, cooling process prior to carcass reaching us, and body condition of animal.  For the best possible outcome keep your harvest as clean as possible, get it skinned and gutted immediately after harvest, put in game bags immediately, and keep it clean.  We hunt too and we understand sometimes things happen that our totally out of your control-PLEASE TELL US IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT QUILITY SO WE CAN HELP YOU!! If we do not know, we will not be looking out for issues.  We are here  to turn your harvest into food for your table-we want that process as safe and controlled as possible.

We offer rush processing (for an additional fee)  please make sure we know the date you need your animal frozen by.  Shipping is all done through WILD GAME TRANSPORT, we will not ship through any other carrier, you are responsible for all shipping charges at the time of delivery.  We take all major credit cards, in state checks only, and cash.  If you are shipping your processed animal home and want meatsticks done you need to contact us.  We do not offer shipping on those products and we have a few options for you.  All processing charges must be paid in full for us to release a product to you or to send it to the shipping company. 

Our storage policy is 5 business days from the day we call you to avoid storage fees.  Storage fees are $10/day for every day after 5 days.  We are not a storage facility and we do not have room to hold product as busy as we are.  You are responsible for making storage arrangements-if you have a cirumstance that you need help with please talk with us in person and we will do our best to accomodate.  

Our hours are Monday through Friday 8-5, Saturday 10-4, Sunday 11-4.  We do not accept late drop offs or pickups.  If you have an extenuating circumstance please call or text us-970-858-3333-keep in mind we do not answer the phone or return text messages outside of business hours.

Processing Instructions:

Please note we do not cut wild game in half orders.

We offer several varieties of fresh sasuage.  This is done off of your animal only and packaged as we process it. Please keep in mind on a deer you will have an average of 20-30 pounds of trim to use (incudling hamburger), and on an average elk 50-75 lb (inlcuding hamburger).  There is a 10lb minimum per flavor.  Please indicate below what varieties you would like and how many lbs of each-if you do not list the pounds we will do 10.
