Terms and Conditions

1. Site size is as specified in your application. 2. Sites must be paid for by 1st March 2025 3. You will have access to set up your site from 7am – 10.30am on 22nd March 2025. All vehicles must be in place by 10.30am. 4. NO ALCOHOLIC beverages may be sold. You may sell non-alcoholic beverages. 5. You must have your own generator. 6. You must have a valid council registration that takes you past the 22nd March 2025 7. It is the responsibility of each Vendor/Stall holder to provide the necessary equipment for their site, please come prepared. 8. It is the responsibility of each Vendor/Stall holder to remove their own rubbish at the end of the day. 9. You will need to have your own Eftpos available or please bring a cash float. 10. Beverages: You are not permitted to bring in or sell alcoholic beverages, you are able to sell non-alcoholic beverages. 11. There is no refund if you withdraw from the event, however, if the even does not go ahead a full refund will be given. 12. Taupō Pride reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any vendor not behaving in an acceptable manner. You must comply with all reasonable directions of Taupō Pride. 13.
