Player Requirements

LACE Soccer coaches work exclusively with players who demonstrate a positive attitude and a genuine desire to improve. We may request a positive reference from the player's current club coach.

Payment & Attendance (sessions that are part of a 1 or 2 month plan) 

Payment for discounted programs must be made in full before receiving the first session from the coach. Once session times for discounted programs are established and confirmed by the coach and client, all sessions must be attended as scheduled. Players are expected to attend all allocated time slots. Poor weather, minor sickness or tiredness will not be accepted as valid reasons for recheduling.

Please be aware that missed sessions that are part of a discounted program will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Coach Availability & Cancellations (sessions that are not part of a 1 or 2 month plan)

LACE Soccer coaches have limited time and availability for 1:1 sessions. Please consider that last-minute cancellations incur charges for our coaches, as coaches will often decline other clients and make arrangements to ensure their availability.

If a session is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, a full charge will apply. 

Please provide the coach with more than 48 hours' notice if a player cannot attend a session.

Please ensure you have read and understood the information regarding Coaches Availability and Cancellations (sessions that are not part of a discounted program).

Personal Items

LACE Soccer coaches are not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during sessions.

Player / Parent expectations

While your LACE Soccer coach is fully committed to supporting and guiding players to enhance their soccer development, we cannot guarantee that specific targets will be met. It is the player's responsibility to retain and apply the information provided.
