Group Discount Coupon Code (AEIOU course) is offered to groups of 5 or more licensed participants employed with the same organization. The following information is needed to arrange your coupon code: 1. name and address of your organization 2. name, email and phone of contact person from the organization 3. names and discipline of each participant Discount is based on number of participants ($50 off each participant for 5-10, and $100 off each participant registration for over 10). All group participants must register on the same day. If all participants do not register, each participant will be invoiced the balance of their registration fee if minimum participants are not met. No refunds are given for group participants who are unable to attend the course, however, a participant can be substituted. This must be arranged in advance via email request to nina@foodsmartkids.com. Once approved, the contact person will receive an email with the coupon code and further instructions.
