- Cancellation/Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE SERVICES ARE STARTED.
- In the event that PARTICIPANTS must CANCEL their Photo Adventure reservations 90+ days prior to the tour start date you will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
- Cancellations 60-31 days prior to the Photo Adventure start date will receive a 50% refund of the total balance of the Photo Adventure minus a $100 administravie fee.
- No refunds will be given 30 or less days prior to Photo Adventure start date unless a replacement is found to fill the spot.
- A. Bender Photography LLC will refund the Photo Adventure price minus an administrative fee of $100 if a replacement is found.
- Photo Adventure spots can be reassigned and/or gifted to other individuals. Registration name changes/substitutions do not incur an administrative fee.
- ALL REQUESTS (CANCELATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS) MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA E-MAIL TO BENDER@ABENDERPHOTOGRAPHY.COM
- In the event that A. BENDER PHOTOGRAPHY LLC must CANCEL, a full refund of Photo Adventure fees will be returned. No additional compensation will be issues. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
