In consideration of and as inducement to my enrolling in classes at The Yoga Collective, I represent and agree as follows: To my knowledge I am in good physical health and fully able to participate in yoga classes at The Yoga Collective.

I will not hold The Yoga Collective or any instructors or employees responsible for any injuries suffered by me physically, mentally or emotionally. 

In the event that I am pregnant, I will not attend a yoga class unless I have discussed the risks with my obstetrician. 

I will follow my doctor’s recommendation and will not hold The Yoga Collective responsible for any injuries to my fetus or myself.I understand that The Yoga Collective is not responsible for any of my personal items if lost or stolen while at the The Yoga Collective premises. 

I understand that class payments made herewith, and any fees paid hereafter are non-refundable, non-extendable and non-transferrable.

I furthermore hereby indemnify and forever hold harmless The Yoga Collective, its proprietors, members, employees, agents and associates against all claims of whatsoever nature that may ever be made against any of them arising from or in any way connected with my association with The Yoga Collective and any of its ventures.
