If you have any special dietary requirements or restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate them.

Cancellation and Refunds: To receive a refund of your registration fees, written cancellation notice must be received no later than January 6th; a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. The agency can send a substitute attendee if the original registrant can’t attend. No exceptions will be made.
