Are you requesting a tax receipt for this event?

NOTE: In accordance with our policy and pursuant to Section 3(g) of the Agreement, WINS must have full control over the issuing of tax receipts. WINS must also have the opportunity to review and approve any event-related tax receipting issues in advance of the event, to ensure conformity with federal regulations.

NOTE: WINS assumes no legal or financial liability associated with the event and will not secure liquor licenses or any other operational licenses for third-party events. Pursuant to Section 3(d), for certain types of events, WINS may require the organizing committee to acquire their own insurance and provide proof if requested.

NOTE: If there is to be any gaming at your event, a gaming license is required by law and pursuant to Section 3(d) of the Agreement (please see terms & conditions). The licensing process may take up to 10 weeks to complete and shall not be secured by WINS.
