If there is ever any cause for offense, they will discuss the problem with you and expect for you to do the same if you feel offended for any reason. Keeping the lines of communication open are vital. While we cannot promise a strict open door policy, if you let us know there is something important that needs to be discussed, we can almost always make the time to address it swiftly and come to a peaceful, reasonable, and good resolution. We highly value a low-drama environment.

Shabbat: FireKeepers International believes in observing a Shabbat rest from Friday at sunset to Saturday at sunset. We do not ask for work on Shabbat, other than if our animals need help or if there is some minor things that might assist us in a Shabbat service.

Notice of Cessation: Because of the difficulty of securing quality volunteers, we would be very grateful for a month’s notice that you will not be renewing the next quarter with us.
