I understand participating in a Goat Yoga or Alpaca Pilates class has inherent risks including falls, bites, scratches, injuries from terrain, etc. I will follow my guide's safety instructions and inform them of any limitations I may have. If I feel discomfort, I will stop and notify my guide. I accept the risks involved with physical activity and animal interactions. 

• I assume full responsibility for any and all damages to my perosn, which may incur through my willful participation. 
• I understand participating in a Goat Yoga or Alpaca Pilates class involves physical activity with inherent risks, including but not limited to: falls, bites, scratches, allergic reactions, injuries from terrain or plants, etc. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by my guide.
•  I affirm I am in good health and able to safely participate. If I have any medical conditions or limitations, I will inform my guide before the class begins. Pregnant women should consult their physician before participating.
• I understand LTD Farms has taken reasonable precautions for my safety. However, risks cannot be completely eliminated when physical activity and animal interactions are involved. I accept those inherent risks.
• I will stay with the group and listen to my guide for the duration of the class for everyone's safety. I will not engage in any reckless behavior that could endanger myself, others, or the animals.
• I understand domesticated goats and alpacas have some unpredictable behaviors. I accept the risks involved in close interactions with them. I will follow all instructions to minimize risks around the goats and the alpacas.

In the event of any injuries or damages, I agree not to hold LTD Farms or Barregains LLC liable. This waiver releases them from liability to the fullest extent allowed by law.

LTD Image Use:  I grant LTD Farms permission to use photos or videos of me or my minor child from the class for promotional purposes on their website and social media platforms. This use will be uncompensated. I understand I can opt out of any future promotional use of my image by emailing info@ltdfarms.com.

I have read, understand, and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am 18 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into agreements.
