Vendor Questionnaire | 4th Annual Hats N Heels Tea Party

Thank you for your interest in the 4th Annual Hats N Heels Tea Party. Join us for a delightfully girlie afternoon of dress-up, giant teddy bears, fashion, Tea, and of course, shopping! This year's Tea is supporting Women Veterans, so know that your booth fee is helping to further a cause! We only allow one affiliate per company, so if your spot is filled, please join us as a guest instead! EARLY BIRD VENDORS $65: Register by February 28th VENDOR BOOTHS $85 TABLES: A 6 ft table and 2 chairs will be provided for you. You must have a tablecloth to fit it sufficiently, that covers the table to the floor. ELECTRICITY $10 to use if needed for your setup display. Please bring your own extension cord. Please complete the screening form below to begin.

PROMOTION:

The term it takes a village is so true. Event hosts rent and provide a space for vendors to sell their wares. To make an event a true success, it takes all involved to help promote it. Combining, compounding and multiplying the reach of all involved can make or break an event.

DRESS CODE:

This is a girlie girl event. Both vendors and guests delight in being immersed in the Tea Party experience.

Do you agree to dress appropriately for Tea?

  • Dress or skirt not required, but preferred. Slacks are OK.
  • NO JEANS
  • NO SWEATS
  • Polo or Shirt with you company's logo, OK.
  • HATS ARE REQUIRED
  • NO beanie caps or baseball caps
  • You do not need to wear heels. Flats or tennis shoes are fine.

Park in the REAR of the building.

This is an INDOOR event and has plenty of FREE parking.

  • Vendor setup begins at 12noon and must be completed by 1:20pm
  • Anyone arriving after 1pm to set up will be turned away from vending.
  • Breakdown begins at 5:05pm - 6pm
  • Bring your own table for a 10-foot vending space.
  • You will be provided a 6-foot long table for the day
  • Please bring a full, floor-length tablecloth to fit a 6-foot table.
  • Bring a freestanding sign or backdrop and an additional small rack or so to complete your set-up.
  • Bring a helper for breaks
  • 2 Chairs will be provided.

Please allow 7-10 business days for a Tea Party Team Member to review your information.

Once our review is complete, you will be invited to schedule an interview to complete the registration process and payment process.
