4-H Partnership – Expanding Youth Learning Opportunities

Carver Community Center is excited to partner with 4-H Youth Development/Purdue Cooperative Extension to provide hands-on learning in agriculture, nutrition, and STEM for local youth. Upcoming Programs: Ag Day (Grades 3-5) Dates: January 15 & 22 | Time: 4:30 - 5:30 PM Cost: $5 per child | Capacity: 5-40 (split into groups) Topics: Jan 15 – Wheat, Tomatoes | Jan 22 – Dairy/Cheese, Veggies or Soil (TBD) Learn, Grow, Eat, & Go (Grades K-2) Dates: February 5, 12, 19, & 26 | Time: 4:30 - 5:30 PM Cost: $5 per participant | Capacity: 5-15 Payment: Cash or check on-site, payable to Purdue Extension – Howard County.
