I agree that neither I, nor my heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns, will hold Illumine Ayurveda & Yoga, or Sacred Seed Yoga, their owners, teachers, assistants, agents or employees, responsible for any injury, accident, illness or harm that may befall me or any damage which may occur to my property while I am in transit to or from or attending a Sacred Seed Yoga or Illumine Ayurveda & Yoga Course, Retreat or Program, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any such injury, accident, illness harm or damage caused by or resulting from the acts or default of any person or company conveying me or providing accommodation and any acts or defaults of Sacred Seed Yoga, or Illumine Ayurveda & Yoga, their owners, teachers, assistants, agents or employees, other than gross negligence or willful misconduct.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing to Sacred Seed Yoga or Illumine Ayurveda & Yoga. If you cancel up to 12 weeks before a retreat, course or teacher training, a 25% cancellation fee per person will be charged based on amount paid. No refunds for cancellations within 12 weeks of your retreat, course or training start date. Final Payments for all retreats and teacher training retreats are due 60 days prior to the start date. No refunds will be made for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat or teacher training. No transfers. By submitting this application, you adhere to the terms listed above.
