TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Note: Food Truck, Tattoo Artist and Photography supplementry contracts will be provided upon selection)
Acceptance
Submitting an application to this event does not guarantee acceptance. Although we would love to accept each application, due to capacity limits, not everyone will be selected. Vendor selection will be juried to ensure Halloween-theme consistency and a variety of craft mediums.
Once application is accepted, booth payment must be made via e-transfer within 2 weeks, or your spot will be forfeited. Payment plan may be available; please inquire within.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests submitted prior to July 31, 2025, will be eligible for a 50% booth space refund and 100% reimburesement on table rental fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests after July 31st or no shows.
Insurance & Liability
A) I understand that the event, organizers, and venue are not responsible for stolen or damaged merchandise or property.
B) I understand that the event, organizers, and venue are not responsible or liable for any injuries or accidents incurred at my booth and on site (in the building and out). Event insurance will be in place, but personal liability insurance is strongly recommended and may be made mandatory.
C) I understand that I am responsible for obtaining my own liability insurance.
D) I agree to provide a copy of required licensing to sell or sample my products where applicable. For example, food and beverage, tattoo and peircing vendors.
E) I agree to reimburse the organizer for any charges by the venue or other officials that are incurred by me, or persons associated with me for, including but not limited to, personal negligence, damage of property (intentional or accidental), disregard for policy, cleaning fees, fines, etc.
CODE OF CONDUCT
A) If selected as a vendor, you are expected to be fully set up and ready for attendees by no later than 9:30 am on Saturday, October 11th for the 10 am door opening. You may arrive as early as 7:00 am to set up that morning. Attendee time for Saturday is 10 am to 5pm. We will close off the attendee entrance at 5 pm, so shoppers might still be in the building after that time. You are expected to stay at your booth until closing. In the event of selling out on the first day and you wish to leave early, please leave a note on your table, indicating that you've sold out. You will not be eligible to pack up your belongings until after closing.
On Sunday, October 12th, please be sure to arrive by no later than 9:30 am to prepare for attendee arrivals at 10 am. Booth take down must occur no earlier than 4 pm. We will close the attendee entrance at 4pm, so shoppers might still be in the building after that time.
B) Due to the growing success of our event and limited parking availability onsite, all vendors and helpers must park offsite in a designated lot. Professional shuttle service to and from the designated lot will be provided before and after each market day. Should you require access to your vehicle during the day, contact Jen or Angie to arrange transport.
C) The venue is wheelchair friendly and there will be special parking spots designated as such.
D) You must carry out your business or activity in a polite, civil, courteous, and professional manner always.
E) You must never engage in improper conduct or loud or threatening behaviour. Improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, threatening conversations, hate speech, profanity, or fighting.
I AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE CRAFTS FROM THE CRYPT FAIR AND ITS ORGANIZERS, STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS OF ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY OR EXPENSE TO ANY THIRD PARTY, RELATING TO MY VENDING AREA, SET UP OR PRODUCT.
BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS/CODE OF CONDUCT SET OUT IN THIS APPLICATION FORM.
