2025 Nicole Lyne Fields Scholarship Application

This scholarship was created in memory of Nicole Lyne Fields, who touched the lives of so many in her short 20 years. ELIGIBILITY: Graduating high school senior in an accredited El Paso County, Colorado school. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Minimum of a 3.0 out of 4.0 grade point average. 2. Certified copy of high school grade transcript and ACT and/or SAT score. 3. Completed application and two letters of recommendation by July 1, 2024.

STIPEND:

The amount of the scholarship shall be determined by the Scholarship Committee on an annual basis and will be distributed by the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo Foundation.

AWARDS:

1. Scholarship award winner will be announced by August 1, 2025.

The selection of the scholarship winner is made without reference to their choice of college, university, or vocational school, but such institutions must be degree granting. The recipient must provide proof of satisfactory completion of one semester or term as a full-time student and proof of registration for the following semester or term before monies will be disbursed.

Applications must be made on the required scholarship application form with two letters of recommendation and a high school transcript of grades submitted to the committee. The committee must receive completed application, letters of recommendation, and school transcripts no later than June 1, 2025.
