Guidelines for Submission of Papers – Automation Expo 2025 Conferences
1. Introduction - We warmly invite industry professionals, researchers, academicians, and experts in automation to contribute their research and insights at the Automation Expo 2025 Conferences. We are seeking papers that highlight the latest advancements in automation, robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), process and factory automation, and smart manufacturing.
2. Submission Requirements
- Abstract Length: 250-300 words summarizing the research, key findings, and relevance to the conference themes.
- Full Paper Length: Must be between 3,000 and 5,000 words and should include diagrams, tables, and references to support the research.
- Authorship Information: Please include full names, affiliations, and contact details of all contributing authors.
- Originality: Submissions must be original work, not previously published or currently under review elsewhere.
3. Important Dates
- Deadline for Submission: April 30, 2025
- Attachments: Please attach the abstract and the full paper as separate files.
4. Review and Selection Process
- Peer Review: All submissions will undergo a thorough peer review by an expert panel.
- Notification: Authors of accepted papers will be invited to present their work at the conference.
- Publication Opportunity: Selected papers may be considered for publication in the Automation Expo Conference Proceedings.
5. Presentation Guidelines for Accepted Papers
- Presentation Duration: Each presentation should last 30-35 minutes, followed by a Q&A session.
- Slide Format: Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint (16:9 format), ensuring clear visuals. The maximum slide limit is 12.
- Final Submission: The final presentation must be submitted one week before the conference begins.
