2025 Oklahoma Summit Exhibitor Session Request

The 2025 Oklahoma Summit Exhibitor Sessions will be hosted in Tulsa Oklahoma, August 4th. The 30-minute exhibitor sessions will take place from 9:00 am - 2:00pm in the Tulsa Cox Convention Center exhibit hall. The Exhibitor Sessions cost $500 per session. Sessions for consideration must submit an electronic application and payment by June 30, 2025. Selected speakers will be notified by July 11, 2025

Visual Needs

Exhibitor presentation rooms will come equipped with a screen, hookups to a device and a microphone. It is the responsibility of the presenter to prepare and provide devices for presentation.

PAYMENT:

Exhibitor presentations will be reserved upon receipt of this application along with full payment. All payments received by June 30 to ensure a reservation for your organizations presentation slot.

EXHIBITOR PRESENTATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Applications:

All prospective Exhibitor presenters must submit this electronic application. The content included in the application will be utilized for consideration of session selection. All applications for consideration must be submitted by June 30, 2025.

Payment:

Presentation(s) cannot be secured without submitting proper payment of $500. If appropriate payment is not submitted, the presentation will not be confirmed.

Sessions are limited within the schedule. All sessions are 30-minutes, scheduled to begin at the top of the hour with the first sessions beginning at 9:00am and the last sessions beginning at 1:00 pm. OkACTE reserves the right to dismiss applications based on content included in applications. If your session is declined, your payment will be returned in full.

Confirmation:

Session confirmations will be communicated by July 12, 2025. Time and session location will be communicated when confirmed.
